Q: Who is responsible for return shipping?
A: Customers are responsible for shipping the returned items back to us. Alternatively, we offer the convenience of arranging a reverse pickup from your location. Please note that a courier charge of Rs 149 will be deducted from the total refund amount for this service.

A: Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these criteria.

As per our policy, refunds are issued only in the form of store credit for both prepaid and COD orders. The store credit will have no expiry and can be used anytime on our website for future purchases.
